One of the world’s largest suppliers of employee services needed to revamp and enhance an employee/employer portal that provided critical leave services to its customers. The efforts required full-stack capabilities and the client had a tight timeline and budget, so they turned to ALINED to deliver for them.
ALINED assembled an on-demand Scrum team, led by one of our Solution Architects, to perform a deep dive assessment to document all requirements. Over a nine-month duration, the team then delivered all new features, enhancements, and functionality throughout our sprints. Additionally, ALINED also built & delivered a new Data Warehouse. The product exceeded response time and deliverables and is considered the new benchmark FMLA industry site.
